Located in Lages in the state of Santa Catarina, close to the Garibaldi HPP of CTG Brasil, the Casarão Juca Antunes is one of the last examples of 19th century Portuguese-Brazilian urban architecture in the mountain range of Santa Catarina.

To help maintain the culture and preserve this history that is so important for the region, CTG Brasil, with the help of local partners, carried out the restoration of the property, and thanks to an intense research work, the company has managed to maintain the original characteristics of the House, and the result was incredible!

But it doesn’t stop there. With the partnership of the Brand, Communication and Sustainability area, CTG Brasil supported the publication of the second edition of the book “A Casa do Planalto Catarinense”, which highlights the property and is being launched in celebration of its restoration.
